Sukkot (Tabernacles)

Hebron - 986 Angas Valley Rd, Mt Pleasant
Sukkot is a week long festival of rejoicing. The first and last days are High Sabbaths. We spend the week together at Hebron as a community for the time of rejoicing over the Millennial Kingdom to come with Yeshua our Messiah. We share meals and testimonies, we enjoy our sukkah and gardens, we pray and praise together, we listen to teachings from Torah and the apostles' writings. There are indoor and outdoor activities for young and old. It is a week full of joy and laughter. We are blessed to live a kingdom life, together, for the entire week. A true celebration.
Sukkot is celebrated at the end of the fruit harvest season, and celebrates Y’Hovah’s protection over the children of Israel coming out of Egypt and throughout their journey through the wilderness to the Promised Land. It is a prophetic celebration for us today of the second coming of Yeshua the Messiah, and His Millennial Kingdom reign on earth.
“So on the fifteenth day of the seventh month, when you have gathered in the fruits of the land, you are to keep the Feast of YHVH for seven days. The first day is to be a Shabbat rest, and the eighth day will also be a Shabbat rest. On the first day you are to take choice fruit of trees, branches of palm trees, boughs of leafy trees, and willows of the brook, and rejoice before YHVH your Elohim for seven days. You are to celebrate it as a festival to YHVH for seven days in the year. It is a statute forever throughout your generations—you are to celebrate it in the seventh month. You are to live in sukkot for seven days."
