The Table Of Demons, or The Table Of Yeshua:
1 Corinthians 10:1-7, 14-22. Idolatry is anything that is put before Y’Hovah and His Torah, or the Scriptures. Idolatry is a self-centered lifestyle that ignores the Word and which separates us from Elohim (God). We make our own decisions and are living independently of Elohim, but all the while thinking we are in the centre of His will. As Paul said in verse 14, “flee from idolatry”.
1 Cor 10:19-20. Paul has said that Israel was involved in that which was idolatrous and pagan, and was actually demon worship. He then says make sure that what you are doing is not idolatrous and therefore potentially demonic. Remember that false forms of worship are idolatrous and called spiritual adultery. To do what Y’Hovah asks us not to do, or not to do what He asks us to do is to bring a curse and death, not life.
Exodus 20:20-24, 24:1-18 A story familiar to us all, but let's take a look at verses 7-8.
The people made a positive verbal confession to obey the word of Y’Hovah, and then they were sprinkled with the blood. To partake of the blood of the Covenant is to swear allegiance to all the commands that make up that covenant, and to follow and obey the One whom that blood represents as our sacrifice. Then Moses and the others went a little way up the mountain and had revelation into heaven of Elohim.
Seventy-four men were allowed to see this amazing sight.
They all go back down except for Moses and Joshua, who went up higher. Then seven days later, Y’Hovah calls Moses up into His very presence. Joshua was with Moses for the whole time he was there, for the forty days and nights.
For nearly six weeks they were together on the mountain with the Elohim of Israel, getting instructions on a worship system and national justice and social system called the Torah (Law).
Exodus 32:1-10, 14-26. Is six weeks such a long time to be without your leader when you know who he is with and why? They also had 72 others among them that had had a supernatural encounter with their God who brought them out of Egypt. They saw amazing miracles and freedom. Elohim had entrusted these men to be the spiritual leaders of Israel in Moses absence. Aaron and Hur will take care of you.
At the behest of the people, quite vociferously or threateningly I would imagine, Aaron gave them what they wanted. A Golden Calf was made out of pure gold, given by the people and was then worshiped as the Elohim who brought us out of slavery and bondage. They would have justified it as representing the animals they sacrificed to Elohim as He wanted. They turned the carved image into their God and worshiped it, exactly what they were told not to do.
It was satan and demon inspired, which led them into a debauched and frenzied style of song and worship and fleshly behaviour that was idolatry and therefore adulterous.
The blood they had been sprinkled with and the covenant they had sworn to had been broken and abandoned.
This worship separated them from their God, for they had become an idolatrous people. 3,000 people died at the hands of the Levites. They were forgiven according to Moses' prayer, but they were not allowed to be part of the promised land entry.
1 Corinthians 10:14-22. So here we are again! Paul says if we involve ourselves in what the pagans involve themselves in, or do that which is idolatrous, we have become partners with demons and are drinking and eating at their table. That is to provoke Y’Hovah to jealous anger and to challenge His right over our lives (verse 20). That is to say, we know what Scripture says, but we'll do it our way! This is the attitude of those who reject Torah (the Law) as God’s guiding truth and not obey what is required of Him. Deuteronomy 16:18-22
Easter, The Table Of Demons:
Easter was established by the Roman Emperor Constantine in 325 AD at the Council of Nicaea. He had become a Christian and wanted to ban any resemblance to the Church doing anything that was Jewish in their eyes. Sabbath worship was banned and also Passover or Pesach must be eliminated.
The decision was made to combine the Passover story with the pagan celebration held on the spring equinox. This celebrated the Roman Goddess Eostre, or Ishtar, who was their god of fertility. This is where the term Easter comes from. The Church council decided that Easter celebration should fall on the Sunday after the first full moon of the spring equinox.
This was the birth of Easter Sunday and eliminated the command of Elohim to celebrate Pesach on the 14th day of Aviv, the first month of the Biblical year for seven days.
This feast is known as the Feast of Unleavened Bread.
The Christian Church and the world join hands and make this a pagan holiday with all its commercial as well as its religious symbolism. Easter eggs, bunny rabbits, hot cross buns, holidays and partying. No time for Passover or Unleavened Bread celebration.
The commercial world loves it, the Church loves it and our God of unchanging covenant promise hates it.
Easter is the idolatrous worship of Eostre, done in Yeshua’s or Jesus’ Name. Easter is Christianity's golden calf.
Christianity's many idolatress behaviours will keep them out of the Kingdom of Heaven when Yeshua returns at the final trumpet call. Their doctrines, traditions and worship will separate them from their God and His Kingdom.
Passover Unites – Easter Separates And Divides
1 Corinthians 10:16-18
Being partakers together of the cup of blessing and the bread of His body makes us one with Messiah and one another.
The Passover meal is what unites and makes us one in true unity and in our relationship together as Yeshua’s Body, the Bride.
Easter does not unite people with the Messiah our Saviour, but separates them from Him and divides them from us because it is idolatrous. And it doesn’t matter how many times a week or month you celebrate Communion it will not make you holy or acceptable to your God. He will still say “Depart from Me, I never knew you, you are lawless.” Matthew 7:21-23
Easter and Communion is a Christian ritual based on paganism, not a uniting Feast as prescribed by Y’Hovah at Passover. Christianity's “traditions of men” separate them from Y’Hovah Messiah. He says come out from among them and touch not the unclean thing. He says be kadosh (holy) as I am kadosh, which means to be “set apart” from Babylon (false religious systems or denomination) and the world. John 17:6-23.
Everything Yeshua taught in John chapters 13-17 were Pesach or Passover meal teachings. Everything Paul was teaching in
1Corinthians chapters 5, 10 and 11 were based on Pesach.
There is no such thing as Easter and its dating in the Scriptures and it will condemn all who persist in its celebration.
Our unity or oneness is first a spiritual unity of the Ruach HaKodesh (Holy Spirit), and a unity based on obedience to the truth of Scripture, our faith, as taught by Yeshua and the apostles based on the Torah (Law). Ephesians 4:1-3, 12-14.
Anything contrary to this does not unite us with the One we celebrate or His Body of true believers. Why? Because we are eating at the table of demons according to Paul, and we are an idolatrous people separated from the Kingdom of God.
If we want to be part of the first resurrection and to reign with Yeshua for the 1000-year Millennial Kingdom here on earth, we need to repent of our sins and rebellion and follow the truth of God’s Word which is His will being done on earth.
Revelation chapters 20-22, Matthew 6:9-13.
